The return period is up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you want to make a change (size, color, or change of products), you must request a new return and then place a new order.
The steps to make the return are:

Access to MY ACCOUNT.
Select the order in which the item (s) to be returned belongs.
Indicate the units and the reason for the return.
Confirm the return.
* Partial order returns can be made.
* Returns are not allowed once the legal return period of 30 days is expired.
PACKAGE SHIPPING
Put the items in a box in a safety way. Preferably in the same box you received your order.
Go to the transport company of your preference and send the package to the following address:

* The return will not be processed without prior notification.
* The shipping costs for the return will be paid by the customer.
REFUND
Once the package has arrived at our warehouse and verified that everything is correct, your refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days. It is possible that during the month of August there may be delays in returns due to the holiday period.
Returns that don’t follow the requested guidelines may have delays.
Meisïe will not be liable for duties and taxes incurred by the recipient as a result of national custom laws. Should the garment be returned to Meisïe, only the paid purchase price of the garment will be refunded.
