SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPMENTS


For National shipments, the shipment and reception of the package will be carried out through SEUR.
This shipment will have a fixed cost of € 6 throughout the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Andorra and Portugal (For the moment there's no shipments to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands).
The delivery period will be 3-5 working days from the purchase.

For International shipments, the shipment and reception of the package will be carried out through TNT.
The delivery time will be 4-7 working days from the purchase.

Netherlands / Germany / Austria / Italy: € 10
Denmark / Ireland / Greece / Sweden / Switzerland / UK / Cyprus: € 15



RETURNS

  • The return period is up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • If you want to make a change (size, color, or change of products), you must request a new return and then place a new order.

The steps to make the return are:


REQUEST YOUR RETURN ON THE WEB


  • Access to MY ACCOUNT.

  • Select the order in which the item (s) to be returned belongs.

  • Indicate the units and the reason for the return.

  • Confirm the return.


* Partial order returns can be made.
* Returns are not allowed once the legal return period of 30 days is expired.


PACKAGE SHIPPING


  • Put the items in a box in a safety way. Preferably in the same box you received your order.

  • Go to the transport company of your preference and send the package to the following address:

    * The return will not be processed without prior notification.

    * The shipping costs for the return will be paid by the customer.


REFUND


  • Once the package has arrived at our warehouse and verified that everything is correct, your refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days.

  • Returns that don’t follow the requested guidelines may have delays.


DUTIES & TAXES


Meisïe will not be liable for duties and taxes incurred by the recipient as a result of national custom laws. Should the garment be returned to Meisïe, only the paid purchase price of the garment will be refunded.
